Trainer’s Profile:

Eng Brighton Kithendu

Transformation & Innovation Leader [PhD, MBA, B.Eng, SAFe Agilist, CEH, CISA, ITIL]

Brighton Kithendu is a seasoned Transformation and Innovation Leader with over a decade of experience in Management Consulting, Strategy & Innovation, Business & Digital Transformation, and Technology Security & Risk Advisory. He has led major transformation projects for 63 organizations across diverse sectors in EMEA.

At present, Brighton oversees Strategy & Transformation for Letshego Holding’s East & West Africa Markets, a Pan-African financial services company. He is also active in the Pan-African tech startup ecosystem as an angel investor, venture builder, and thought leader. Brighton is involved with several advisory boards and mentors young entrepreneurs across Sub-Saharan Africa.

In addition, he lectures part-time at JKUAT, blending corporate and academic expertise to educate future innovators. Brighton holds degrees in Electrical & Telecommunications Engineering and Strategic Management and is pursuing a PhD in Business Innovation and Technology Management. He is professionally certified in Agile, Cybersecurity, IT, and more, with training from institutions like McKinsey and Macquarie University.

His expertise covers Business Strategy, IT/Digital Strategy, Agile Management, Startup Consulting, Risk Governance, Data Strategy, Cybersecurity, and more. He is also certified in numerous areas, including Business Agility, Ethical Hacking, and IT Service Management.
